The slight is quite likely (though not certain) to be entirely imaginary.
I do find that I have a problem - not often, but regularly enough to be of note; however I think it is usually caused by the room being inadequately air-conditioned.

Oh my no, buddy. Always been like this - in fact a bit less so now that I'm old. Sometimes its good Marathoning it, sometimes not. But for sure when you are only very minimally sensitive in the first place, as it the case with many of us circumcised chaps (particularly if the nerve endings are spread over an abnormally great area), even minor discomforts - like for example if the room is hot - can make it difficult to cross the finish line.
