(To be clear, Bloomberg can do what he wants, but I'm sick of the Democrats acting like they're the "money out of politics" party when they routinely outspend their opponents and take donations from public-sector unions.)

The difference is that Democrats will still criticize Bloomberg all the time and nobody's going to change their position on an issue because of his spending.  Republicans, meanwhile, are terrified of the NRA and essentially delegate their entire policy on guns to the organization and have to constantly kiss its ass and defend the indefensible.

What evidence is there that Republicans are "terrified" of the NRA, or that Democrats actually follow through on their rhetoric about Bloomberg, for that matter?

If your comic has ten panels consisting of several paragraphs, you might as well just convey your opinion using...I don't know...a normal post? It's a fact that the number of rent controlled apartments in New York has been cut by 2/3 in the past 15 years, while rents and pointless vanity luxury investment development properties have skyrocketed. So I'd love to see any example that proves your meme.
