Still need 2/3rd's to expel which I can't see them getting, Menendez/Dems can say we're waiting for appeals to stall and have him step down in Jan.

I would love Senator Fulop, good to get another Dem vet in the Senate to counteract those neocons Cotton, Ernst, McCain.
