No because he doesn't fit well with anyone. Maybe he could offer a bit more pull for the Ds in Pennsylvania but honestly if he is paired with someone who needs him (like Harris) I think Trump is winning Pennsylvania anyway.
A good choice for someone like Harris or Warren would be someone like Sherrod Brown or Klobuchar - someone who appeals to the Midwest AND excites the base. Maybe Roy Cooper if you want target NC and want more executive experience.
