Works like Presidential survivor-vote off one Supreme Court Chief Justice for every day we play.  Last one standing wins.  One vote per round.

Each round is however long I feel like it.
Nothing personal, but you must have at least 50 posts to play (avoiding spam-bots and fake accounts)
Some days we are not playing due to the weekends, Thanksgiving stuff...
I will say "hold your votes" if this is the case.
No arguing.  This is a place to vote, not complain how others voted.  I have a zero tolerance policy for these people and will kick them out of the game.
Since it's undetermined whether William Cushing was really a Chief Justice, he has been omitted from the game.  No complaints here either..

Go!

John Jay
Oliver Ellsworth
John Marshall
Salmon Chase
Morrison Waite
Edward White
William Howard Taft
Charles Hughes
Harlan Stone
John Roberts

tie-breaker.  Next person to say Ruthledge or Roberts (even if you've previously voted) will have that person voted off!

okay, well knowing people have families to see, the most popular bar night of the year, and Christmas shopping, I'll keep this round open until I get eight other votes.

Tie-casting vote someone? anyone (even if you've already voted)? Ellsworth or Rehnquist?
