I'm pretty sure nobody is being forced to upload videos to YouTube.  YouTube is not a monopoly.  YouTube isn't stopping people because they are a certain color or religion or any other protected class.  Thus, at least in my opinion at this point in time, they can do whatever stupid sh**t they want.

And there reasons aren't stupid.  They don't want to get sued, makes sense to me.  They don't want to hire thousands of humans to watch videos for a living, makes sense to me too.  Why aren't we taking issue with how easy it is to sue them for bogus crap?
