Lee Township, Michigan man, Dale Hopfinger faced a problem when he tried to vote on Election Day.  Local records apparently said he died on September 25.  Alive and well, Hopfinger was able to convince local officials to let him cast a ballot, last week. The source of the problem is believed to be a clerical error.

Do you believe local officials acted correctly in allowing Hopfinger to vote before the problem was corrected?

Depending on whether this man is a Democrat or Republican, this case serves as either yet another example of Democrat voter fraud causing stolen elections, or an innocent conservative citizen becoming another victim of the stifling and inept bureaucracy of our liberal federal government.  I'm sure krazen or AggregateDemand will be along shortly to clarify which it is.
