Atlasian citizens who have declared their intent to move into the Midwest in the New Register thread, but must wait some period of time before the move takes effect under Atlasian law, are declared honorary Midwestern citizens during the waiting period, with full voting rights in the Albing.

Midwest Universal Alþing Voting Procedures

1. A mandatory time for a debate of the project shall be 48 hours, unless the Presiding Officer decide to extent this time upon a request from the floor, but for period no longer than additional 24 hours
2. A mandatory time for a votes on amendments shall be the same as above
3. A mandatory time for a final vote shall be 71 hours, but can be extended for additional 24 hours upon a request from the floor
