No particular problem with Section 3, but does Section 4 apply to all teachers or merely the ones who qualify for the above tax exemptions? I don't think we should necessarily reward a long tenure for its own sake.

No objections. I'll probably support this anyway but this a good addition to the bill as stands IMO.

Yes, I have it in a notepad file along with "I understand the reasoning behind this bill, but I don't think it's a good idea and won't support it", "No objections", and so on.
