Vermont- after all, New Hampshire is a swing state, but the others come pretty close too.

I would think that the least religious states would be the most liberal politically.

Not necessarily. Large parts of the interior West are pretty unchurched except for Mormons, and many Northeastern states still have relatively high rates of adherence. Remember, there is the so-called 'size of government' axis as well as the social axis. New Hampshire conservatives are or fancy themselves libertarian.
Yeah, and they're becoming more Democrat right now because of Latinos, although most Latinos, as I understand, are pretty religious.
