-All surveillance and combat measures against US Citizens must be approved by a federal judge through the issuance of a warrant.
-The NSA is almost entirely scrapped.
-The TSA X-Rays luggage and makes you go through a metal detector, that is it.
-Close Gitmo. Every prisoner is either freed or moved to a mainland federal prison.
-State and federal district lines must be drawn by a California-style non-partisan citizens commission.
-Citizens United is repealed either by a new SCOTUS case or by constitutional amendment.
-Voting becomes an entirely mail-in system. Registration is automatic.
-Marriage Equality Amendment enacted. Gays can marry, adopt children, donate blood, ect.
-Expand the healthcare system to include a public option
-End the Drug War. Marijuana is fully legalized for recreational and medical use. Other drugs are still illegal, but with users being sent to rehab instead of prison.
-End the use of capital punishment.
-Combine Social Security, food stamps, welfare, and disability pensions into a Guaranteed Minimum Income.
-Change the minimum wage into a living wage
-Reduce military spending dramatically.
-Open more schools in highly populated areas in order to reduce the average class size.
-Establish the NIRB in order to fund the complete renovation of America's roads and bridges.
-Establish a high-speed rail line between America's major cities.
-Repeal Taft-Hartley + Hatch Act. Significantly strengthen labor unions in general.
-End the era of "Too Big to Fail/Jail" by splitting up major banks. My DoJ would focus heavily on Wall Street-related crimes.
-National adulthood age is 18. Vote, drink, smoke, ect.
-Bring tax code to pre-Reagan levels of progression.
-Establish a Carbon Tax and a Bank Tax.

Hopefully I could get this done in 4 years before I lose re-election to some dipsh*t "moderate" with an authoritarian streak.

Used to be, about ten years ago.  Then one of these schmucks asked Leip if he could be a "moderator."  Others followed.  Free and open criticism pretty quickly became a thing of the past.

I would pursue a whole lot of changes at once. Which is why I would never be allowed near the Presidency.
