What if the codified two term limit on Presidents is taken away again? What if the natural born citizen requirement is removed?
Does Obama run again? Does Arnold run?
And, what if this happened earlier? What if the 22nd is repealed to allow for a third Reagan term - does he go for it? Does he win? What about Clinton?
Is there anyone else encumbered by that 'natural born citizen' requirement who might run if it was removed?
