After I posted this morning, I told myself no Update at all today, even responding to criticism.

Yet you're still posting in the thread...

But, I'm not providing updates.  I did not say I would not post in the thread, just that I won't provide an update.

Oh, ha, just updating my concerned friends on how I'm doing.  It could be seen as trolling, I guess, but it's an honest assessment of how I'm doing today.

Back to your earlier question, I have never been diagnosed or seen for sleep apnea, though I do have that on the list to discuss with him at my next appointment in late September.  I sleep decently at night, but I am still quite groggy during the day.

Isn't this post sort of an update? .
