Institute an anti voter suppression Administration in the governor's and Secretary of State's offices, un-gerrymander the legislative map (and the Congressional map to while we're at it( , plus get rid of their stupid election runoff system as icing on the cake, and Georgia GOP would be tangibly hobbled without those anti-democratic cheat codes.
Add in the states rapidly transitioning demographics, and it would also potentially start them on the road like Virginia's GOP.
