Considering how Trump rebounded after people forgot about the Access hollywood tape. The election is almost a month away and considering its Alabama. Moore will likely rebound and sadly win.
No outside help is coming for Moore.
I'd also add that individual members of Congress are seen as expendable in a way that the presidency is not. Not just by party elites, but by at least a certain segment of the electorate. At least some voters can throw a candidate for a Senate seat under the bus in a way that they never could for a presidential candidate.
