Powell is very moderate, he could sway some black  voters.

But Rice is an oreo by the standards of much of the black community, so I think it would be less than 50%.

The answer is...30% at MOST. Blacks think most Black Republicans are sell outs and Uncle Toms.

The backlash would be bigger than any amount of blacks Powell would get voting for him... ;ets say for every black that votes for Powell, one and a half whites don't.
