As I said elsewhere, France ranks the highest, as Kingpoleon would be a great boon to our need for a strong relationship with the nation of France. Aside from that, Germany, due to heritage(?), and the United Kingdom should he wish to try residence in a monarchy.

After that, the Netherlands is an obvious choice. I am unsure if there is a country where his brand of right-communitarianism would fit particularly well. Ireland is a bit...Catholic.
