REMEMBER?

How could we forget Sad

This is where Australia at least, if not america, should be focused-not Iraq.

During WW2 America was attacked by the Japanese at Pearl Harbor. Some could have claimed that we should have never gone into Germany because they were not involved in Pearl Harbor and not part of the "greater war on facism". But we did go after Germany and it ended up being one of the BIGGEST theatres of that war. Were we wrong in doing it? No. Are we wrong for liberating Iraq? No.

Germany declared war on the US, an often forgotten fact. And  it's not much of a paralell really...Germany was much more of a threat, both in the military and idelogical sense than Japan. Also, the allies agreed to a Germany first policy as the best strategy.

CIA world fact book:

Religions:
Buddhism 95%, Muslim 3.8%, Christianity 0.5%, Hinduism 0.1%, other 0.6%

Really? That was much lower than I thought...are we counting both Malaysias though? Or...wait...we were talking about Thailand...forget I ever said anything... Sad
