Cruz' strategy so far has been to draft off Trump and never say a bad word about him, so Trump has never attacked Cruz. But that may change soon...

It isn't clear what Trump would consider 'catches on' but the latest Gravis poll from NH has Cruz in 2nd place (although far behind). Trump didn't really go after Carson until he became a sort of co-frontrunner.

Trump has done well when he goes after candidates the base hates, like Bush. But notice how Trump going after Carson hasnt impacted either Carson or Trump's polling numbers? He goes after Cruz, he goes after someone Trump's own supporters support.

Cruz will get more support than Trump.  The nominee will be Bush or Rubio or Cruz. My expectation is Bush.  The big question about Trump is how he gets out of the race.

Give it up!!!! Bush is at 3%. There is simply no reason to support Bush with Rubio in the race.
