Ironically, Ted Cruz, who wants to keep the seat open, probably would end up appointing a judge who ends up ruling like Garland anyway should he be in the White House.

Not in the issues that matter to me, and other conservatives, like upholding Heller, McDonald, and Citizens United, and moving towards the overturning of Bollinger and Kelo. Sorry.
