Idiots. Who would want to sit and relax in a cage anyway? They might as well just remove the benches at this point instead of wasting the money to make sure that a person won't sit on them.

They've already been dismantled... for safety reasons, just to be reinstalled in a while when they are more securized, ie. filled with stones... So you won't even be able to see the bench anymore.

So they put fences around the benches (instead of just removing them), two 14 years old protested during one hour, so they removed the fences after two days. That's looks like wisely spent money.
