Obama seems to be more pro offshore oil drilling. He has done more to actually undermine privacy with the NSA, although that could just be that the NSA had 16 more years of technology to violate the 4th amendment with. Clinton didn't pursue idiotic policies that led to ISIS.

But on most issues, Clinton has been even worse.
