Problem is, education reform isn't sexy, so no one wants to talk about it. My solution is for someone to make a ridiculous bill, cause a controversy and then people will talk about it.

Exactly. You and I have been around long enough to know that the best way to get discussion going in Atlasia is to create some sort of controversy.
