It's worth noting that there is actually some really bad news for redistricting reformers tucked away in here.  Justice Kennedy just signed a dissent that basically argues that partisan map drawing is none of the judiciary's business.  He is thought to be the swing vote on this issue (unless Gorsuch stuns the world, of course).
