I honestly think this bill as is is not terrible. I do think a possible reduction or allowing states to set there own may not be as bad. But I am nervous that would lead to a race to the bottom.

I am pleading ignorance (sorry haven't had time to look at the new federal legislation, working on Primary Campaign in Florida IRL) what is the federal minimum wage in Atlasia?

That legislation was rejected in the senate. As a result of the legislative reset the federal minimum wage is the same as the federal minimum wage which is $7.25 per hour for non tipped employees, $2.13 per hour for tipped employees, and $4.25 for youth workers.
Oh, yeah that definitely needs to be fixed. I can support the amended bill.

Honestly Tips should not be dependent upon for living. Maybe it could be lower but only by a dollar or two (say $10.00) but nothing lower.
