Seriously though, it seems the delay is to "up" armor the choppers, which is a good thing.  They just need to be quicker about it. 

(and just to be safe, this thread isn't to bash the brits, but an excuse to bash Rummy one more time)

It's probably been a problem with every military everywhere since organized warfare started.  And we only hear about the bad stuff.  We forget about all of the things they (somehow) manage to get right.
