Arizona has 3 seats electing 13 members.

Arizona-1: all of the state outside of Maricopa county. 2D, 2R, 1S.
Arizona-2: western Maricopa county. 2D, 2R.
Arizona-3: eastern Maricopa county. 2D, 2R.

West so far: 21R, 18D, 5S
Total so far: 240D, 230R, 36S

Alaska elects one Republican.
Hawaii elects two Democrats and one Republican.

Oregon has two seats that elect eight members.
Oregon-1: everything in the state east of the Cascades+Multnomah+Clackamas. 2D, 2R
Oregon-2: everything else in the state. 2D, 2R

Washington has x seats that elect 13 members.
Washington-1: everything east of the Cascades. 2R, 1D
Washington-2: King+Snohomish. 3D, 2R
Washington-3: everything not not in WA-01 and WA-02. 3D, 2R
Washington overall: 7D, 6R.

West so far: 33R, 31D, 5S
Total so far: 253D, 242R, 36S

I have a few issues, but it's not a very big deal. With multi-member constituencies it's not as important to respect COIs as it is for SMDs.

It's a somewhat complicated solution to a tricky question.
Note that if a Trump-voting district voted for Kerry the color is more purple-ish, while if it voted for Obama in 2012 it's more dull-colored. If it voted for Obama it's much more lighter.
And if a Clinton-voting district voted for Romney the color is more orange-ish, while if it voted for McCain it's more pink-ish. And the more Rs it has voted for, it gets correspondingly lighter.

Something I realize - CA-17 was likely miscolored - Southern OC must have been relatively heavily in favor of Romney, McCain and especially Bush.
