Well, an extremely interesting set of posters. Let's see:

POTUS: Parrotguy
Speaker: Penn_Quaker_Girl
CJOTUS: West Midlander

This one was tough. Parrotguy is probably the closest one to me and the one that would do the best in areas like foreign policy and what not, so he gets the presidency.

PQG would presumably be speaker of a Republican majority Congress I imagine, however I think she would be better trying to reach bipartisan deals with President Parrotguy than West Midlander.

West Midlander gets Chief Justice from a process of elimination
