I am fairly confident that Bender and Hank the Cat are far more competent than the vast majority of the current elected officials in this country.

As to the question, never will. It's not a suitable medium at all. Might as well go back to the olden days of having to personally sign your ballot.

you're assuming that people hacking into election systems is fundamentally undesirable and/or radically different from the current prevailing order.
