It's individuals grouped by who they work for.....which shockingly tends to elevate larger and wealthy corporations to the top of the list. Go figure!

Sometimes employees are pressured to give. My partner Dan had that experience when working for a TV station. He was pressured to give to some Pub, and he doesn't do Pubs (well other then me, when I was a Pub ). He blew them off. He was let go a few months later. Was their causation? One wonders.
