Technically qualified. With regard to domestic affairs and economic policy, he brings interesting positions to the table and backs them up quite nicely.

Sadly, this is an election where foreign policy is a defining issue. In this regard, he has no business being president.

I like Chafee but I couldn't vote for him outside of maybe a primary, to be completely honest. Sure, if it was Chafee versus someone I really detested like Jindal or Rubio, but what an international embarrassment it would be for him to be our ceremonial figurehead. I wish he had more of a spine.
