I feel this is a straightforward resolution. Looking at upcoming Senate business, Trade Bills with a wide range of countries are set to dominate the agenda. I hope that this resolution will allow for the bills to be gradually moved through while allowing other business time on the floor also.

Could we at least make it so that if there are no other bills 2 more free trade bills can come on so we don't slow things down?

I think that issue is addressed in Clause 1. If there is only free trade legislation in the queue, I don't see any reason why there can't be four
