Yes, though almost every county is losing population though, except for Craighead, Pulaski and the ring of exurban counties around it, and the northwest Arkansas counties. Practically everywhere else is loosing population or gaining it at negligible rates. Faulkner, Saline, and Pulaski make up the bulk of the 2nd, and are the least likely to be shed in redistricting, as the counties are an ultra Republican counterweight to Pulaski, but they're all trending D slightly or staying basically neutral, with Saline trending D the fastest.
