House (overall prediction 235 R seats)

California:
Newsom 60.5-Dahle 39.5
Padilla 63-Meuser 37
Dems sweep all row offices
Prop 1 PASSES with 63% of the vote
Prop 26 FAILS with 37% of the vote
Prop 27 FAILS with 29% of the vote
Prop 28 PASSES with 52% of the vote
Prop 29 FAILS with 36% of the vote
Prop 30 FAILS with 47% of the vote
Prop 31 PASSES with 56% of the vote

I’m just confused with that thing all around. Apparently the Green Party and GOP both oppose it, but the CA Democratic Party supports it, even though Newsom appears to oppose it.
