  The interesting thing is that Kinzinger isn't doing it for political reasons.  He's unopposed in November except for a Libertarian who is facing a ballot challenge.  Mark Kirk and Bob Dold both have to run in some pretty liberal areas, so one can see why they would be very reticent to endorse Trump.  Kinzinger's district is solid conservative Republican, so he would gain nothing in the upcoming election from not endorsing Trump.

His district is just R+4. He won 62-38 in 2012 and 71-29 in 2014.
