Today, polls indicate that the majority of US citizens support same-sex marriage. However, in the 1990s and 2000s I'm sure things were different. So (if you did), when did you start supporting same-sex marriage, and what led you to change your opinion?

Always (sane, gay)... But I was born in the 2000's so, I guess then...

Same, but since I was born in 1999 and only had any idea what it means between 2008-2012, I guess that's the answer for me.

Yeah, I figured many would, that's why there's the 1900s-2000 option- I think it covers anyone Tongue

(Plus, the word "gay" was almost unanimously considered an insult among my middle school colleagues and that didn't really help, either.)

Yeah, that's a big problem. I have to say, one of my proudest (though minor) achievements in school was making my friends stop using "gay" as an insult three years ago Cheesy

I don't. But I'm growing more comfortable with the idea of it.

Out of interest- what do you mean 'comfortable'? I was sure that comfortable, aka personally fine with it, comes after realizing that it's a basic freedom but personally opposing.
