I ranked Lenins USSR last because of my personal hatred of Leninism. Lenin forever tainted the ideology of socialism, Marxism and communism. It's because of Lenin and his followers that socialism is viewed negatively all over the world. Leninism is the very reason why every Marxist and Socialist goverment in the modern world has been a dictatorship.

The intention of what Lenin thought to be the end result of his form of communism, was along marxist lines, Stalin is what made it the dictatorial state (it was under Lenin, but much more so under Stalin), that it is, so even if you dislike Leninism, no leftist should say it worse worse than Tsarist Russia, and the Soviet Union with Stalin (which is the most to blame, for the negative attitudes towards communism).
