I added the Holiday part per Yankee's request. If that is approved as a separate amendment, then I would just remove clause 3 of this amendment.

With 2 outstanding conflicts this bill certainly will be confusing. Tongue

Either that or make the language of those lines, the same as what is in the Holiday amendment.

They're basically the same already.

Eh, let's just wait a little bit then... If the holiday amendment goes to the regions (which I suspect it will) then I will just remove the holiday section of this amendment.
