62% Walkable. Ottawa is amazing if you have a bike, if it's not the frozen half of the year (well, I can bike nine months out of twelve, and I just tolerate public transit for the other months). Half hour bike ride gets me pretty much anywhere downtown from my semi-suburban neighborhood, and if I'm biking, I'm much less vulnerable to thieves.
