Justin, I have not seen an official statement from Governor .Andrew regarding a run for Senate. Yes he has hinted at it but he has not announced. Maybe you saw something everyone else has missed? If so, please post that information.

 Sure everyone knows that if the Gov. resigns, the Lt. Gov. takes over but we should make it official (just in case, for some reason, someone challenges the system). Let the debate begin.
