Hah...you know, Friz actually voted opposite Ebowed once!  I think it was on one of my amendments, Friz was the only vote opposing it, and there was little rationale behind voting against it.

This will not create an actual radio. Its a thread where a simple log of events is taken. The Wiki is never updated because it takes too long to get that detailed. Keeping easy tabs in a thread will allow for simple recollection of happenings, and preserve that being left behind by the difficulty of updating the Wiki. Why are so hung up on this one, Mr. Senator?

Then why is it called 'National Public Radio' and funded through the National Endowment for the Humanities (I'm assuming this, because the bill we're working with doesn't mention what kind of funding this gets or where it comes from)?  Why not simply say, "The President shall appoint a random dude to record the modern history of Atlasia under the pretense of objectivity" and then we'll all be on our merry way?

The problems are numerous, though.  How often does he have to update?  Surely, not daily, because sometimes weeks and months pass before anything remotely interesting happens at this place.  Without bias or opinion?  You must be kidding.

Increasing the number of Senate appointments isn't exactly a great idea either.  We slash the cabinet in half and then decide to start creating new positions after all?  hmm

If the Wiki sucks, then don't just ignore it and create another project which will inevitably fail.

First of all the "bias" part and name choice are semantics, and you know it, so Im passing on even arguing that.

As for everything other question:

When the President or the semate dont like the Historian, they can him. So if he's doing a good job, he'll keep his job. Seemed like an easy enough concept to me.
