Also, is Upton considered a candidate for retirement, or a candidate for Senate (or maybe both, since he may be undecided)?

I'm actually going to guess Kay Granger. Kind of boring though since her seat is pretty safe.

As far as exciting retirements go, I'm thinking Ed Royce.

Is her seat pretty safe Republican?  A good deal of her district is the city of Fort Worth.  I realize it's been a Republican leaning area but bigger cities of Texas and suburbs seem to be shifting away from the Republicans with Trump as President.

Trump won it 62-32; not much of an opportunity there.

Granger seems like a lock to retire this cycle though.

In the Senate: John Barrasso. In the House: Either Dana Rohrabacher or Fred Upton.
