Is there one?

I can't find any. The closest I could find was Macon county Alabama, which very narrowly went for Eisenhower in 1956.

Just went through the county maps and there isn't any.  Goldwater 1964, Wallace 1968, and Nixon 1972 really ruined the chances of this happening. Several states were complete Republican sweeps. There's a fair number of Thurmond counties which are safe D today, although it is worth noting that the folks who vote Democrat in the South these days were mostly disenfranchised pre 1965.

Yeah looking at future maps it seems virtually impossible

Nixon swept SC, GA, AR, and FL.

Goldwater swept MS

Thurmond was shut out in TX and NC.

Halifax county VA was straight D until Goldwater

So we still have AL, LA, TN

The two TN ones broke in 60 and 56

Nixon swept all but one in LA. The one parish mcgovern won did vote Thurmond, but went Eisenhower the very next time.

Goldwater won all but 6 in AL in 64. All but Macon bolted R in 72, but Macon did in 56.

So none
