Well, I reckon I'd have voted for McConnell.  I'm usually fairly anti-incumbent--I voted against all four incumbents on my recent ballot--but Kentucky needs pork.  Needs it badly.  As a high-ranking US Senator with long tenure he's pretty well positioned to bring home the bacon.  He has been able to earmark billions of dollars for projects for Kentucky.  Also, with his party predicted to maintain control of the house and gain control of the senate, his porkbarrel opportunism becomes even more attractive to the smart voter.

She's way too young for waltermitty.  He prefers older women.  This is more his type:



To be fair, that staged picture of Alison hunting possum from a porch with a rifle really does look hoaky.  "Look:  I hunt for dinner just like y'all do!  Vote for me."  It's like Dukakis in a tank and helmet.
