Uhh, that's a hard one actually. Most of the episodes are on this website: dwhd.tk

It's British, so there's no real watching it in America (unless you have BBCA). Besides that fact, America is a few weeks off anyways (about 4 weeks away from the season finale, which aired this morning in the UK)

I have BBC-A, and I think their On-Demand channel is where I've seen it before; I'll have to look into it though.

It should be on demand. But going through the website will probably be a better option. That way you can start from the beginning of the season (trust me, you won't understand sh**t unless you watch from the beginning)
