Obama needs to fire every single agent and dissolve the FBI. They can tell each other how patriotic they were while they rot in the detention center the GOP wouldn't let him close. Not that he'll ever do it.
Of course he won't do it ... its unconstitutional. Congress makes laws, the President executes the laws. Federal law says the FBI will exist until federal law says otherwise. Federal law makes the FBI Director position for a term rather than at will. Federal law requires that already appropriated money must be spent on the FBI and its programs. Obama is not some petty tyrant who can dispense with the law whenever he feels like it just because Trump mean.
