As it is, he very well may. Honestly, his numbers aren't great considered the amount of name recognition he likely has.

A guy like Dr Oz has a lot of past dirt that someone could bring up and make it out to be a scandal for a Republican primary, so it's actually quite easy to imagine. I think a lot of Republicans like what they're hearing from Oz but are also cautious about his integrity, and that's why he's not running away with it right now.

If Trump doesn't want Oz to be the nominee, he will endorse Sands. If he doesn't re-endorse, Oz will be the nominee imo.
