The GOP hasn't won 16/20 elections for nothing. The disputed 2000 election proved when election is close military ballots put GOP ahead, it Trumped Gore in FL, Kerry in OH and Hillary in WI, MI and PA.



Now, the provisional ballots are favoring the Ds and help them win FL Senate and ME
