I find in favor of the prosecution.

If it please the court, some explanation as to your ruling?  This was put forth with no explanation as to why the court reached this decision whatsoever.

I'm serious.  Sam Spade always puts out a rather lengthy and detailed explanation of rulings.  I expect no less from Justice Opebo.
But Justice Opebo's opinion are usually two words. "I concur."

Indeed. Given past form, Justice opebo's performance here has been surprisingly cromulent.

Folks, I don't know of any requirement in Atlasian law that a judge give explanations for his ruling.

Sometimes it is more fun not to.

Sometimes it is more fun not to.

Not to mention it's a criminal case. Would we demand the jury give its reason for its verdict? I assumed you are either found guilty or not guilty.
