If i'm voting for who accomplished the most, than I can't say i'm an historian and vote for Hoover.

If we were voting for kindest president ever, tha  Hoover in a landslide.

Akno, wasn't Nixon also from California?

Thus making him ineligible to run with Reagan, if you play by those rules....

Or at least, the electors from CA couldn't vote for him.

He was from California when he was VP, but when he ran for President, he was from New York, at least according to the Atlas.

He was from New York in 1968 he moved there in 1966 to be a Wall Street lwayer after his defeat in the California Gubernatorial Race.
